I checked the reviews first because this reassures me, Auto investments reviews were brilliant. I took the decision to book a test drive. From the moment I booked the test drive I felt really comfortable, the staff were very polite. On arrival I was not disappointed, Mo was great he was very friendly and knew everything I needed to question them about. The car came with a fresh mot and service, now I wasn't expecting that. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends in-fact my son is going to be getting his first car next year and I know where to bring my business! 5 stars all the way.

The communication was fantastic, the staff were incredibly helpful in helping me apply for finance and making this car purchase the easiest I have made to date. I bought a Audi A3 from Auto investments UK in Leicester last month. I was served by a chap called Jimmy who was great. Not a pushy sales person, helpful and actually had a great laugh with him. Made the whole process super easy. He popped the car in for a fresh MOT, made sure all the advisories were done and had it on the forecourt the day I came to collect. He helped me sort the tax of his computer and gave me all the paperwork, they made sure I had no questions before I went on my way. Hands down best car I've ever had and the best service I've ever had. Great peace of mind that its under a 6 month warranty too.

Excellent service from the very start. I contacted this garage to arrange a viewing of a car I saw on auto trader and I was able to go on the same morning. Once arriving at the garage I was able to test drive the car and see all the documents. It was exactly like the pictures so I left a deposit and came back in a couple of days. Bought a car from here last month and the process was straight forward. After getting the car the battery died a few days later, we jump started it thinking I had left the lights on however it went dead again the next day so I rang the garage and the guys booked me in straight away. It turns out the battery was just old and needed a new one. So the guys brought me a new battery the same day! being a 10 year old car you'd expect some age related wear but the service has been brilliant and happy to recommend these guys.

I Bought a Seat Ibiza from this dealer which developed an issue with the rear wiper not working properly. The thing that stood out to me the most was the dialogue and the communication once I got in touch regarding the fault. The Dealer has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. They had my car booked in immediately to diagnose the fault, and then rebooked me back in once the motor had been delivered. I had my car back the same day with a brand new fitted motor, I would not hesitate to buy another car from these guys 5 star service.

Bought a VW Polo, It wasn’t an expensive car but the level of service received from these guys was superb, over and above what you’d expect to receive when buying a 12 year old car. When I purchased this car, I known that there was only one car key. Although it was a pity, I still felt the good performance and stability of this car during the test drive. On the other hand, I received another key in the mailbox today. I was really overjoyed! This is a very reliable and responsible car del. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and prompt to respond to any queries from initial interest to making the final purchase. I would also like to add, after I purchased the vehicle I noticed a missing essential part in the boot compartment, I made a call and within extreme short time, I was refunded a small amount of fund to purchase the missing part, no questions asked and still so friendly and accommodating.

On April 17, 2024, I was booked to see the Kia Rio 2. Due to traffic jams, we arrived late, but it was not a problem for the employees. The car was waiting, parked at the entrance, clean and ready. Mohammed gave us the keys right away with a charming smile, made sure we didn't need anything else and then stepped aside, giving us freedom. I liked it very much, he didn't try to persuade and push, he didn't hang over us like a vulture. Even though we only had an appointment for one car, we were allowed to enter and look at each car we wanted, Mohammed gave us the keys and allowed us to start each engine.
An extremely professional and friendly company. Finally, after the test drive, I decided on the Kia Rio 2. And here was another surprise, the front bumper was not the prettiest, as I had already seen in the photos, but I did not expect that Mohammed would offer to replace this part with a new one completely free of charge! Additionally (because he knew it worried me) he offered a complete service also included in the price of the car. They provided me with receipts for everything and they also did work worth over £250+ for free. That's still not all, I was offered a 12-month warranty (6 months included in the price) and 12 months of breakdown cover premium for only £99 (the value of such a service is normally £150+).
When signing the contract, Mohammed made sure many times whether I understood everything, whether I knew what to do and how, and whether I was sure and satisfied. He showed me everything with his finger and explained everything very carefully, answering even the stupidest questions. Professional, funny and cheerful young man. I would never have expected such good and professional service in a place as large and as busy as this company. My car arrived after only 2 days, the driver leave it in the driveway, handed over the keys and oh! I have a beautiful, new and efficient car.
I will recommend it to everyone because it's really worth it! Mohammed, thank you, you're a really nice guy ;)

Like the fact that they leave you to have a good look around but on hand if you need to know something. Plenty of cars to choose from. All kept in a warehouse setting. The buying process was organized and easy to see they do their homework on the cars. Test drive was no problem.
